Your personal data is stored securely in our database (provided by Google Firebase). We retain your information for as long as you have an active user account with us.
You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us, or by using the "Delete account" function inside your profile.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
If you make a donation or purchase a course, your payment information will be processed directly by our payment provider (e.g., Vipps or Stripe). We do not store card numbers or bank information ourselves.

His Kingdom Ministry uses Google sign-in to verify your identity and provide access to My Page. His Kingdom Prophetic Community (HKPC) uses the same HKM account for the school’s student and teacher portal.
When you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address, profile picture if available, and Google user identifier. We use this information to create or find your account, display your profile and manage access to our services. We do not receive your Google password.
Ordinary sign-in does not give us access to your Gmail, Google Drive, calendar or contacts. Some tools for teachers and administrators may request separate permission for Google Drive or Google Forms when those features are used. The permissions and purpose are then shown in Google’s authorisation window.
Google Firebase processes sign-in and stores the user identity. Account and profile information is available to you and administrators who need it for account administration and access management. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising.
You can revoke access through the connections in your Google account. This does not automatically delete your account with us. For access, correction or deletion, contact post@hiskingdomministry.no. Information we are required to retain, such as accounting records, cannot always be deleted at the same time as the account.
HKP Community is His Kingdom Ministry’s teaching and community portal. This section explains how information is used in Community, in addition to the rest of this policy. Last updated for Community: 30 September 2026.
You sign in with your HKM account. Community links the account to your email address, user identity and assigned access. Community does not receive your password from HKM. Administrators can see your name, email address, role, access status, class membership and the time of your last recorded Community sign-in. Changes to access are recorded with who made the change and when.
Your profile may include your name, profile picture, phone number, date of birth, address, introduction and an emergency contact you provide. The information is used for your profile and school follow-up. Share only necessary information, and inform an emergency contact before registering their contact details.
Community processes course and class membership, recorded progress and attendance, assignment responses, attachments or attachment links, submission times, assessments and feedback. This is used for teaching and student follow-up. You can see your own submissions; teachers and administrators have access through their roles. These submissions are not published for all community participants.
Content you share in the community can be read by users who have access to that part of the app. For prayer requests, “Public” means visible to signed-in users with Community access. “Confidential” restricts access to you, teachers and administrators.
When you choose “Anonymous”, your name is not shown with the prayer request in the ordinary view. The post is still stored with a link to your user account and is therefore not fully anonymised. A record that you prayed for a request is also linked to your account.
Prayer requests and messages may reveal personal circumstances, health information or religious beliefs. Be careful about what you share. Avoid identifying others or sharing their sensitive information. Contact us if you need help changing or removing content.
Teaching may be live or pre-recorded on Zoom. When you open Zoom or other external services, their privacy information also applies. A published recording may contain participants’ names, images, voices and contributions if they are part of the recording. Recordings published in Community are available to users with library access.
Community uses Google Firebase for sign-in and data storage, and Vercel to operate the web app. Your browser also stores information needed for sign-in, settings and some local drafts. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete information stored in your account with us.
You can update your profile information in the app. To request access, correction or deletion of your account, submissions or other stored content, contact post@hiskingdomministry.no and state that your enquiry concerns HKP Community. Avoid sending sensitive information in your first email. Signing out or disabling access is not the same as deletion.
